Patterns

I’ve been interested in patterns for many years, incorporating them whenever possible. Early explorations were at MICA, where I used my past as the source material. Just as memories ornament our day-to-day actions, patterns can transform the regular into the beautiful. My memories weren't necessarily beautiful in their original telling, but as patterns they had a chance to aesthetically redeem themselves.

I’ve also designed patterns for invitations, book jackets, and other decor.
